Terms of service

Version 2026-10-21 · Last updated: 21 October 2026 · Contact: support@labiqo.com

These terms are a contract between you and the operator of Labiqo. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. We have written them in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us before you rely on it.

1. Who we are and what Labiqo is

Labiqo is a browser-based practice platform for cloud and DevOps certification prep, covering HashiCorp Terraform and Amazon Web Services. It offers mock exams with explanations, hands-on labs in a simulated terminal (Linux, Terraform, AWS CLI), a read-only AWS-console-style interface, interactive diagram questions, a learning path that measures each exam domain and sequences the work, and optional AI feedback on attempts.

Labiqo is operated by a sole proprietor based in Poland, in the European Union. You can reach the operator at support@labiqo.com.

Everything on Labiqo runs in simulated environments. Nothing you do in a lab touches real cloud infrastructure, and nothing you build in a lab is deployed anywhere.

2. Your account

You need an account to practice. You must provide a working email address, keep your password confidential, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. You must be at least 16 years old to use Labiqo.

You can delete your account at any time from the privacy page of your account settings. Deletion is described in more detail in our privacy policy.

3. Acceptable use

When using Labiqo you agree not to:

  • abuse the simulated environments, for example by attempting to break out of the sandbox, using labs for anything other than learning, mining or running unrelated workloads, or deliberately degrading the service for other users;
  • scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell question content, lab scenarios, or explanations, whether manually or with automated tools;
  • share your account or paid access with others;
  • probe, attack, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or to other users' data;
  • use the service in a way that breaks applicable law.

If you find a security issue, please report it to support@labiqo.com instead of exploiting it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Free and Premium tiers

Labiqo has a Free tier and a paid Premium tier, and Premium is held per certification: holding it on one exam says nothing about another.

Free, on every certification, with no card: every mock exam and every question in exam mode, including the interactive diagram questions; the whole sandbox and its snapshots; and the general labs in exam mode, with your result and the detail of every check.

Premium adds, on the certification you bought it for: study mode, which is untimed and gives you the answer and the explanation as you go; the learning path and its diagnostic; the domain labs; practical mode inside a lab, which is the mode that lets you run a check while you work and read the worked solution; and the AI analyzer on your results.

What is included in each tier is shown on the pricing page and may evolve as the platform grows. If it changes in a way that removes something from what you have already paid for, the access you hold keeps what it was sold with.

Early-access offer: the first 100 early-access subscribers receive 2 months of Premium at no charge. This offer is limited, applies once per person, and may be withdrawn for new sign-ups at any time. Access already granted under the offer is honored for its full 2 months.

5. Payments

Everything described as free stays free and needs no card. Premium is a one-off payment for six months of access to one certification.

Stripe is the merchant of record, through its reseller Link.Your purchase of the access is with Link: Link charges your payment method, calculates and remits any sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your receipt and invoice. The checkout page says “Sold through Link” and your statement will show LINK.COM beside our name. You can manage and view your orders at link.com. We remain responsible for the product itself - the course, the labs, the grading and your account - and for supporting it.

Prices are in US dollars, per certification, with tax included. At checkout you may see and pay the equivalent in your local currency, converted by Stripe; the exact amount is always shown before you pay, and nothing is ever charged without you pressing the button on the purchase page for that certification.

It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, there is no card on file to charge again and there is nothing to cancel: access ends on its own date, which your Access & purchases page shows. Buying the same certification again adds another six months to that date rather than starting it over, up to a ceiling of 24 months of access held at once on one certification. Nobody reaches that by buying normally; it is a bound on how much a fault in our fulfilment could hand out, and if a purchase of yours ever hits it we will refund it rather than keep it.

Our own 14-day refund, and the statutory cooling-off right that Link gives consumers in the EU and the UK, are both covered in our refund policy. We do not ask you to waive anything in exchange for your access starting immediately.

6. Intellectual property

All course content on Labiqo, including questions, explanations, lab scenarios, grading logic, diagrams, and the simulators themselves, is owned by the operator of Labiqo or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use this content for your own learning. It does not give you the right to copy, publish, or resell it.

Code and configuration you type into a lab is yours. We store your lab attempts so we can grade them, show you your history, and (if you use the feature) generate AI feedback on them.

7. Disclaimers

Labiqo is an independent study tool. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HashiCorp or Amazon Web Services (AWS). Certification names and related marks, including Terraform and AWS, are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to describe what our practice material prepares you for.

Practicing on Labiqo does not guarantee that you will pass any certification exam. Our simulated environments approximate real tools but are not the real tools, and may differ from them in behavior or version.

The service is provided as is. We work hard to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost exam fees.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer in the EU.

9. Termination

You may stop using Labiqo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these terms (for example the acceptable use rules), after notice where the law requires it. We may also discontinue the service, or stop offering a certification, with reasonable advance notice; if you have paid for a period that has not been delivered, we will refund the unused part of it.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring disputes before the courts of that country. The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. The version date at the top of this page identifies the current version. For material changes we will notify registered users by email or an in-product notice before the changes take effect. If you keep using Labiqo after a change takes effect, the new terms apply. If you do not agree with a change, you can delete your account.
